The staff at this location is truly what makes it special! Everyone is so friendly and helpful- it really feels like a home away from home now. The rooms are clean well maintained and very reasonably priced considering you get a full size fridge a stove top and kitchen sink in your accommodation. The kitchenette also came with considerable cabinet space. The on-site laundry is so convenient! You can either use traditional coin payment, or download an app that allows you to add funds to lay for your washing & drying. This was a much welcomed option as opposed to walking around finding a business to provide change. Thank you to ALL THE STAFF,from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance and managment - you all rock! Thanks for making my stay so pleasant! ~ Ashley M
I love the ppl here. They're house keeping is amazing. I like the way "Jay" Semaj is a very hard an diligent worker. She always smiles,, an give s great attitude. I just love the general manager as well. Ms Tay'Yah is a great person an is always there to help. The service is great. An I love how they're remodeling😊💪👍. I would also like to give a special thanks to my boss, (Mr. Ace.) For the opportunities that he's providing to the male force that has had the pleasure of visiting Birch Hill Suites. An for giving me the chance an opportunity to work with him an the guys on my team. Alex, TJ, Marcus, Nicole, An of course Mr. Ace. Great team. Apologies if I left anyone's name out. I love it. I came, and they allowed me to set a reservation and when I came back they had a room ready for me so fast and efficient I love that when i got here there was something wrong with the TV the manager fixed it within 5 mins without a problem on the TV there is a fire stick I love love that then when I got here the elevator most definitely works then the kitchen I love it stove microwave and a big fridge the doors have two good working locks on the doors the the air conditioner is good you get a closet and a dresser and it stores around the corner to places to eat and a grocery store they are also kid friendly so bring the kiddos ~ Big S
